DR. BRUNO FRANCOEUR

Dr. Bruno Francoeur is BioPharma Services’ Medical Director and Principal Investigator, bringing over a decade of clinical research experience as Principal Investigator on 50+ Phase II–IV trials across respiratory, immunology, and allergology indications, with sponsors including Sanofi, AstraZeneca, GSK, Eli Lilly, Novartis, and Boehringer Ingelheim. A family physician (MD, CCFP, LMCC), Dr. Francoeur earned his medical degree from the Université de Montréal and previously served as Executive Medical Director at Syneos Health, in addition to co-founding a late-phase clinical research network in Quebec. He leads the BPSI medical team in advancing best-in-class early phase clinical trials.
